Where We Are

By Road: From the M5 follow the signs for Torquay A380. At the Kingskerswell Gardens Roundabout (English Riviera flower bed on left) turn right, signposted Paignton.

At the 2nd roundabout signposted Preston Down & seafront turn left.

Continue onto the seafront.

Follow the coast road (B3201) along its entire length signposted Brixham & Totnes, passing Apollo Cinema and Crazy Golf. At the mini roundabout turn right into Sands Road. Take the 2nd road on the left immediately before a large church which is St Andrews Road.

Broadshade is 50 yds on the left hand side.
